About Mr. McDaniel
Throughout his career, Gary has worked in emerging ventures, Fortune 500 corporations, and multinational enterprises undergoing various stages of start-up, turnaround, and rapid-growth. Despite the unique financial, operational, and market challenges, he provided the right leadership to achieve the highest revenue, profit, and corporate value.
A chemical engineer with an MBA, Gary possesses a solid working knowledge of all of the key functions of business. He achieved increasing success in a diversity of positions in sales and marketing, finance and accounting, manufacturing, research and development, and supply and distribution, culminating in several challenging senior executive roles. He is one of the rare individuals who stands at the crossroads of science and business.
Gary has 35+ years of P&L experience and proven success in planning and executing investment funding, rapid growth, global expansion, product/market diversification, and financial turnarounds. A “serial CEO”, he has now led 7 companies, several to successful exit.
